Ledel "Blackie" Forestier headed one of the great Cajun dance bands. He had a large and devoted following of admirers, including his own fan club. Here, with "Reunion On the Hill," he pays tribute to fellow friends and musicians Shorty LeBlanc, Iry LeJeune, Sidney Brown and Jessie Stutes by recording many of their classic compositions.
