Danny Collet is a vocalist and accordion player from southwest Louisiana who took up playing music at the age of seven, and has been making music ever since. In 1991 he was a member of the Basin Brothers, when the group was nominated for a Grammy. In 2002 Collet formed his own band, Louisiana Tremor. "It Wasn't Supposed To Happen" is a result of that collaboration. This CD contains a great selection of Swamp Pop hits, mostly written by he and his wife, Christie. Danny is loaded with talent. We have seen him in person many times. Each time he continue to impress us more and more. The CD is a most have. The song 'It Wasn't Supposed to Happen" is the reason my wife and I are married and together today. This song played a great part in our lives. We can not find a bad song on this CD.
